Catholic Charities New York Announces Conrad Pinnock as Chief People & Culture Officer

Seasoned HR executive brings two decades of nonprofit leadership experience to advance the organization’s mission of serving the most vulnerable

NEW YORK, NY – Catholic Charities New York and Catholic Charities Community Services today announced the appointment of Conrad Pinnock as Chief People & Culture Officer, effective September 2025. In this newly created role, Pinnock will lead the organizations’ human resources strategy, fostering a culture that empowers staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality services throughout the Archdiocese of New York.

Pinnock brings over two decades of nonprofit HR leadership experience. As Chief People Officer at Project Renewal, he led a comprehensive HR transformation that generated significant cost savings while improving employee retention. At Harlem Children’s Zone, he designed scalable HR operations supporting growth from 1,500 to 2,300 employees while reducing turnover by 14%.

A certified coach through the Hudson Institute and MPA graduate from NYU’s Wagner School, Pinnock emphasizes building inclusive cultures where diverse perspectives thrive, principles that align with Catholic Charities’ commitment to respecting the inherent dignity of every person.
