This week, ABC7NY’s Tiempo spotlights the new Latinidad Library at Alianza Dominicana Cultural Center in Washington Heights, a vibrant literacy and cultural hub featuring books by Latino authors, bilingual and Spanish-language titles, and creative resources for young readers and their families. Eddie Silverio, Division Director of the Alianza Division, spoke to reporter Joe Torres about how the library came together, the variety of programming taking place there, and plans for the future.
