Our Programs and Services

No one should have to decide between rent and food.  Our emergency food program distributes food to individuals and families who cannot afford to visit a local supermarket or grocery store. Dedicated volunteers typically provide a three to seven-day supply of groceries based on family size. Our food pantries, which are set up like supermarkets, allow those in need to stretch their budgets and prepare nutritious meals with fresh produce, meat, poultry, and nonperishable food items.

Our soup kitchen emergency food program serves hot, nutritious meals with warm smiles too many individuals and families in areas across New York. We also serve meals to the homebound.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as food stamps, can help you buy healthy food when you are struggling to make ends meet. It’s easy to apply and if you are eligible, you will be given a card that looks like a debit card that you can use to purchase food at any supermarket or farmer’s market that accepts SNAP.
