Catholic Charities New York is offering it's 3rd annual free diapers for all children in need program for people who reside in district 18 in the Bronx.

Families with babies have so many expenses. Not the least among which are the cost of diapers. According to National Diaper Bank Network, one baby goes through six to ten disposable diapers every day, which can cost $70-80 a month, per baby.

Recognizing that need, Catholic Charities of New York and councilman Rueben Diaz Jr. are sponsoring the 3rd Annual Diaper Bank, making free diapers available to new mothers and families with children 4 and under in the 18th district of the Bronx. The diaper bank will take place at the following two Catholic Charities of NY Homebase locations:

  • 2155 Blackrock Avenue, Bronx, NY 10472
  • 890 Garrison Avenue, Bronx, NY 10474
