Income caps for Senior Citizen Homeowner’s Exemption (SCHE) or Disabled Homeowner’s Exemption (DHE) more than doubled this year.  This opens the door to possible savings of up to $1750 a year!

Now, Seniors 65+ or disabled New Yorkers with incomes of $58,399 or less are eligible.
